No More Mean Teachers

no more dirty looksHey Kids, School’s out!!

No more pencils, books and teacher’s dirty looks. Probably your teacher was a SMILER and never had DIRTY LOOKS. A dirty look is when the mouth becomes a straight line and then turns down into a frown. It’s important to keep an eye on our smile and make sure it’s not slipping or drooping down on one side.

I’ve done lots of traveling with Mrs. Prance and TT. I’ve visited some unusual schools. When I was with my friends, Ben and Iris in Contento School in Rome Italy, the teacher, Mrs. Wreckman, carried a white flag of surrender. She didn’t have DIRTY LOOKS. Maybe she should have had a DIRTY LOOK, because the wild students locked her in a cage in the back of the classroom. ( find out what happens, just a click away on my website under READING stubbsworld.net)

When TT and I went with Mrs. Prance  to London, England we visited Bevenmean First School. The teacher was Mr. Dandy Diddle. He defiinitely was a DIRTY LOOKER a BULLY and a STEALER. He took all the yummy treats out of the kids lunches and ate them. I was forced to attack him when he hit by friend Benjamin with a ruler during a math drill. I jumped on him and knocked his glasses off. I scared the mean, dirty look right off his face!

Most teachers are smilers and enjoy teaching and kids. But once in awhile a strange one pops up. We learn to deal with all kinds of people. We take care of ourselves and that’s a good lesson too.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!! Kids, don’t get too busy this summer. Don’t MISS SUMMER! Sit under a tree and read about Stubb and TT. Stretch out on the grass and look at the clouds. Walk silently by a stream feel the sunlight and look, listen and breathe. Hold onto SUMMER and don’t let it slip away.

SUMMER is our GIFT, so be thankful and open it slowly and thoughtfully. Stop for awhile. Slow down and look around. HANG UNTO the days of SUMMER!

Let’s all ENJOY our SUMMER and fill it with FUN, FRIENDS and ADVENTURES !!!!

PS BOOKS are Friends!!
