Let’s hear it for the New Year!
TT and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead in 2020.
Speak for yourself Stubb! I have to CHANGE this year. I’m tired of you calling me Mean!
“Everyone needs a change now and then. I’ve heard you say, ‘Sorry, I have the MEANS.‘
Now he’s crying. I can’t escape the MEANS. They make me get angry, and then I blow up, and they always win. I want to be a nice, happy Talking Tummy in 2020. I might even try to smile.
“You can’t expect to be perfect. I’m not perfect. I eat too much. I have too many nibblers, munchies and pig-outs. I’ll try to change in 2020. But I’m not a BAD Stubb, and I may make a few munchie mistakes. TT, you’re naughty at times. You’ll probably make some MEAN mistakes, and I’ll let you know.”
And I’ll let you know when you PIG-OUT.
Stubby, did we do any good things in 2019???
“Remember Ida Pearl at the Sunshine Senior Center. She’s our new friend. How about that Good Peep? We found the blue chick a home. He lives in the classroom at school. Last New Years we tried to make our friends happy by keeping an INSIDE or an OUTSIDE smile.
Stubb, I’m glad you remembered some good things. Yes, we are both VERY NICE!!!
“TT, you don’t have the MEANS all the time. This year you’ll do better, and I’ll try to stop eating so much.”
I’ll work on my Talking Tummy SMILE. It’s not going to be easy. My mean mouth is a HABIT. Here it goes! I’ll try a stretch, jerk, smack and stretch. It hurts!!!!! I DID IT!
“Trying is the most IMPORTANT THING, we NEVER GIVE UP.”
Bye Friends, good things ahead in 2020.
