Welcome Kids
Halloween is YOUR HOLIDAY!!!!!!!
We hear about WITCHES, PUMPKINS and GHOSTS but it’s CANDY!!!
Yummy, Delicious CANDY! “Trick or Treat” and it’s a CANDY FEAST!!
TT, my Terrible Talking tummy is singing and giggling.
Let’s go, Stubb. I’m a HUNGY, MUNGY, WONDERFUL TUMMY.
“TT, Chocolate and dogs do not go together,Ugh double Ugh!” Did you forget about Dr. Crank and the STOMACH PUMP? We had a rough time last Halloween.
TT screams, I don’t care. I can’t live without candy; let’s take a chance. Stubb, are you a Candy Coward?
“No TT, I’m not a Candy Coward!. I love Halloween, the kids and the treats. But we don’t want another date with Dr. Crank and his Stomach Pump!“
Stubb, I won’t give up we need a PLAN. I WANT CANDY!!
“Let’s go by the church. There’s a costume box downstairs. We’ll dress up and go door to door. We’ll pick and choose our candy.”
Yup! Who needs Chocolate?
We spend a few minutes at the church, and I finally get the reindeer antlers to stay on. It’s almost dark and I run up to the nearest house.
Stubb, you look weird and kinda cute. I hope we don’t scare the kids with these crazy antlers.
I prance up the steps to the front door and bark and give a loud, confident bark. The door opens, and a woman holding a large basket of candy and cookies smiles at me and then laughs.
She holds the basket in front of me, and I grab some caramels and a cookie.
“My! What a surprise!” She’s laughing louder.” Let’s put your treats in this bag. Trick or treating will be easier for you my Deer Dog.“
She adds a cupcake, and some gum drops to my bulging bag.
I carry the bag in my mouth. I prance down the steps and back to the street.
TT is gigging and wiggling.
